{"id":1262,"date":"2017-09-07T14:28:39","date_gmt":"2017-09-07T12:28:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fdignasidegispert.cat\/?p=1262"},"modified":"2017-09-07T14:29:25","modified_gmt":"2017-09-07T12:29:25","slug":"cocinar-con-miel-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fdignasidegispert.cat\/es\/cocinar-con-miel-3\/","title":{"rendered":"cocinar con miel"},"content":{"rendered":"<style type=\"text\/css\"><\/style><p>Costillas de cordero a la miel<\/p>\n<p>Para cuatro personas necesitaremos una docena de costillas, cuatro patatas medianas, una naranja, dos dientes de ajo, miel, romero, vino blanco seco, aceite, sal y pimienta.<\/p>\n<p>En el vaso de la batidora el\u00e9ctrica ponemos el zumo de una naranja, dos dientes de ajos pelados, las hojas de una rama de romero, tres cucharadas soperas de miel, una taza de aceite, sal y pimienta. Lo trituramos bien.<\/p>\n<p>Hervimos las patatas con piel durante unos veinte minutos en abundante agua salada.<\/p>\n<p>Cortamos las costillas en bloques de tres, si no es que ya hemos dicho que nos lo hagan as\u00ed en la carnicer\u00eda. Las lavamos y secamos con papel de cocina, seguidamente las salpimentamos y con un pincel las untamos con el preparado anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Lo horneamos a 190\u00ba durante diez minutos. Volvemos a pintar la carne y la giramos y continuar la cocci\u00f3n durante diez minutos m\u00e1s, ahora con el horno de abajo y de arriba a la vez. Volvemos a pintar la carne, la volvemos a girar e incorporamos en la fuente las patatas cortadas por la mitad. Continuamos la cocci\u00f3n, ahora s\u00f3lo con el horno de abajo, durante otros diez minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Con este proceso conseguiremos que la carne quede crujiente de fuera y rosada por dentro. Si la quisi\u00e9ramos m\u00e1s cocida, continuar\u00edamos la cocci\u00f3n durante unos minutos m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Apartamos la carne y las patatas y juntamos los jugos de cocci\u00f3n a\u00f1adiendo una copa de vino blanco.
